Background
Covr Insurance is a white-label Managing General Agency that distributes insurance products through a panel of ~22 downline producers, each running their own branded microsite under the MGA's umbrella. Before adopting Coverly, Covr's producers spent the first hour of every morning digging out of an inbox of overnight form submissions, re-keying lead details into partner spreadsheets, and waiting on carriers to come back with quotes. Quote volume was steady — and growing in line with the panel — but the handoff between the MGA and the downline producer was breaking down under load, and the platform's most defensible margin line (the MGA override) was nowhere to be seen in the day-to-day funnel.
The Challenge
Time-to-first-quote averaged over two hours, and producers reported losing the first ten minutes of every prospect call re-establishing context the prospect had already typed in. Without downline-level attribution, the MGA could not tell which partner microsite or paid channel was producing the highest-ROI overrides, and the override lever — traditionally buried in month-end reconciliation — was sitting dormant in the funnel. The bottleneck was structural: intake was human-gated, qualification was manual, and producers were paying the cost in opportunity while the MGA's margins leaked through the routing layer.
What Coverly Did
Coverly's white-label embed widget went onto Covr's MGA destination site and across the downline producers' microsites, configured to inherit each partner's branding and to feed directly into Coverly's qualification agent. Every form submission gets enriched with vehicle or life data, scored hot / warm / cold, and turned into a multi-carrier quote inside 90 seconds. Hot leads land in the originating downline producer's inbox with the AI tier, recommended carrier, monthly premium, and a one-paragraph summary already in hand — same shift, with context attached. Warm leads enter a 7-day nurture sequence; cold leads flow into a monthly newsletter track — and every event is written back to the contact record with full partner-source attribution so the MGA sees override contribution in real time, not at month-end.
Results & Metrics
Across the six-month pilot, Covr lifted quote conversion across the panel, cut time-to-first-quote from over 2 hours to under 90 seconds, and routed the originating producer in front of every hot lead same-shift — so the first ten minutes of the call are spent closing, not re-introducing. MGA-override attribution moved from a quarterly spreadsheet rebuild into a real-time partner-source view: which microsite is producing the highest-ROI overrides, which paid channel is converting on the AI nurture track, and where to shift the next quarter's spend — all visible without rebuilding the report. The downline producer roster didn't grow during the pilot window; the existing producers are now closing more per head.
The broker-producers-close model works when downline producers spend the day talking to qualified prospects. Coverly inherits the intake, qualification, and quoting so they can.
Coverly's agent routes our qualified leads straight to the right downline producer — the broker plays the deal, the AI plays the qualification, and we finally see MGA-override attribution at the partner-source level instead of buried in month-end.— Covr Insurance leader (TODO: confirm name + title), Founder, Covr Insurance
